CORPORATE SOCIAL FOCUS is an initiative of CHIBA Strategic Solutions Private Limited – The idea behind bringing out this publication is to provide a common platform for all the stakeholders – Employers, Employees, Consumers, Vendors, and Governance – to explore and utilize the vast scope of work through Corporate Social Responsibility.

Prakash Reddy – Editor-in-Chief & CEO: His work spans Global interests, Corporate Groups, National and International Business entities, Government agencies, Industry Assochams and Academic Institutions spanning areas of Consultancy, Market Research, Media, Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Capital and Commodity Markets and other services in the BFSI segment.
He is also an expert in Marketing and Sales, Brand positioning, handling of public relation matters and extremely sensitive issues. He is known for his aggressive, results-focused orientation, as well as his close working relationships with members of the media, Influencers, decision makers, and celebrities in India & Abroad.
Post Graduated in Management Studies from Bombay Varsity, In the span of more than two decades, Prakash has been associated with companies of repute like Kirloskar Consultants, DSJ Group, DaRT-Dow Jones, Press Trust of India, Tickerplant (Financial Technology Group), and was also a visiting faculty to Reputed Management Institutes for subjects on Marketing of Financial Services, Market Research and other related areas. He was responsible for significant client growth and successful client programs during his various associations.

His entrepreneurial mindset and deep knowledge of SWOT analysis have helped him excel in navigating the highly competitive and ever-evolving marketplace.
Beyond his leadership in business, Shekhar has mentored various business projects, providing strategic guidance and support in critical decision-making processes. One of his notable mentorship roles has been with the Corporate Social Focus – CSR Magazine, where he has played a key role in guiding the project’s direction, ensuring alignment with both business objectives and social responsibility goals.

His ability to stay on the cutting edge of industry trends and develop innovative solutions has positioned him as a leader in the retail and wholesale sectors of the diamond Industry.

Prasad Chavan: Dy.Editor & Head of Design: Prasad has been at the helm of the editorial content and magazine design of the publication since its inception. With over 23 years of expertise in design, technical operations, and publication management, he plays a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of production, from creative direction to technical implementation. His vast experience ensures that the publication maintains its high standards and innovation in both its content and design. Prasad’s leadership is key to the seamless execution of the magazine’s technical operations, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency across all platforms. Prasad holds technical degress in various aspects of technology driven subjects.

Shri. T V L N Rao is the former Regional Director of the Regional Directorate of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (RDSDE), Karnataka, under the Government of India. With a distinguished career in public service, Shri. Rao has played a pivotal role in advancing skill development initiatives and fostering entrepreneurship in the region.
During his tenure, he was instrumental in implementing national-level programs aimed at enhancing the skill sets of India’s workforce and promoting sustainable economic growth. His leadership in overseeing vocational training, apprenticeship programs, and partnerships with industries has contributed to building a skilled talent pool in Karnataka. and other Southern States Apart from Some other Parts of our Nation.
A dedicated public servant, Shri. Rao’s work has left a lasting impact on the region’s educational and employment landscape, supporting the Government of India’s vision for inclusive growth through skill development.
